At BREDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the watch in its original BREDA box along with all warranty cards and protective films to ensure a full refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the exterior of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
